Job Numbers
On the Job Number form, a detailed data profile is developed for each construction
job. A Job Number is assigned, along with a description, address and location; job
supervisor, Project ID, Project Engineer, start and completion dates; and more. A
Help File is available to aid the user to fill out and complete data entry.
On the Command Panel are CBs for navigational purposes. Click the 'Add' CB to focus
the data entry form to a blank form; then add a new record. To delete a record, use
the 'Find Job Number' dropdown box to select a record; then click the 'Delete' CB
to delete the record.
On all forms, liberal use is made of dropdown boxes which present options for selecting
stored, predefined data for entry into a databox.
At any time during the data entry process, the user may go to another task module
by just selecting and clicking it's button on the Task Module command panel. As User
does so, data is automatically saved for the exited task.
