 When the software is executed from the User's computer, it immediately opens to this Main Menu screen. The User will operate and manage the construction management system through the use of Help Files, data-entry forms, and reports which can be previewed and printed. The User will start operation by selecting and clicking a menu command button.  This action will open a data-entry form where he may perform work.

How To Use the Main Menu

The CMSA is organized into Task Modules. Choose and click a command button on the Task Module Command Panel, and a dataentry form will open for the chosen task. Working with the data-entry form, all data may be entered for the particular task to create a new data record. Each dataentry form contains a Help File for the task at hand, to help the user thru the task steps. With the Tool Panel, user can add a new record, delete an exiting record, search for a record, etc.

On all forms, liberal use is made of dropdown boxes which present options for selecting stored, predefined data for entry into a databox.

At any time during the data entry process, the user may go to another task module by just selecting and clicking it's button on the TOOLS   panel. As User does so, data is automatically saved for the exited task.
