Reports
The Reports module is a data reporting module, not a data-entry module. To obtain
a report, click one of the Command Buttons (CB). From the Reports Menu form, the user
can access all of the various types of reports available to help the CMSA User to
manage the business. The Reports Menu form is divided into two panels, a 'REPORTS
CRITERIA' and a REPORTS panel. All reports on the 'REPORTS panel respond to selective
criteria entered into one of the databoxes on the 'REPORT CRITERIA' panel. Clicking
a command button on the REPORTS panel will return a report by the name on the CB.
By entering data into one or more of these databoxes on the 'REPORTS CRITERIA panel,
the user may establish selective criteria to return a selected group of records for
the report. If no criteria is established, ALL records are selected for the report.
Click the CLEAR CRITERIA button to erase criteria from all criteria databoxes at once.
