The PartsBoss Business Records Management System is designed
for use by OEMs, Resellers, Brokers, and other types of businesses that engage in
the sale and distribution of Industrial Equipment and Equipment Parts. PartsBoss is
designed for use on IBM PC Compatible Desktop and Laptop computers, using Windows
XP platforms.. It is available in either a SingleUser or MultiUser configuration.
PartsBoss has been designed for managing a B-2-B company's inventory
and it's sales and distribution of large industrial equipment and equipment parts
to user companies in the manufacturing, construction, chemical, paper, oil and other
industries. Such equipment and equipment parts are typical of those where there is
involved a variety of equipment sizes, equipment models, for general and specialized
purposes. A reseller, a broker, a manufacturing agent or an OEM involved in a business
of this type, can use PartsBoss to manage the business's Product inventory, Product
Price Lists, Requests for Bids, Quotations, Purchase Orders, Invoices, Jobs by Job
Number, Product Lists, Customers databases, Suppliers databases, Customer RFPs, Sales
and Revenue Accounts and more.

You can create Invoices, Quotations, Purchase Orders, Product
Lists, Price Lists etc. using special automatic lookup techniques for product data
entry, and quickly print them for mailing.
Product Lists and Price Lists can be quickly restructured to
adapt to changing business conditions, using specially designed pricing factors, and
quickly reprinted by Product Name, Manufacturer, Equipment Model, Partnumber, Material
and other options.
Navigation thru PartsBoss is made easy thru the use of Task Panels
and Command buttons. Data Entry forms that use special data lookup features ease the
task of entering and recording data. No special training is required, other than a
brief, but thorough, study of the PartsBoss Help File Documentation, which
comes as part of the PartsBoss package. A Help File for each task module is available
on the task module data-entry form. The entire Help File may be printed for hard copy
study.
TASK MODULES
PartsBoss is organized into several task modules. Each task module
has a data-entry form and one or more reports will be associated with a task module.
Thru the use of Job Numbers, PartsBoss offers a unique ca[ability to tie together
all of the activities of four basic modules, such as Bid Requests, Quotations, Purchase
Orders, and Invoices, when these activities relate to a specific job.
