To order the SPECIAL OFFER software, the CMSA-S (single-user system). the order can be placed ON-LINE. Click the Order Form link at the top-left of this form to open the SPECIAL OFFER ORDER FORM.  On the blank form, click the SEND ORDER button once.  Instructions for entering data into the data textboxes will appear.  ENTER DATA INTO EVERY DATABOX, according to instructions, and once again, click the SEND ORDER button.  The order will be placed into the ON-LINE Orders DataBase, and an Email , giving particulars of the order, will be forwarded to the Circle V Data Systems Orders Processing Center.  

The SPECIAL OFFER software can also be ordered by email or by fax  (see below for addresses).  Orders must  include customer data such as 1) Company Name, 2) Company Address, City, Region, 3) Employee Contact Name, 3)Contact Phone, 4) Customer's Email address, 5) CMSA-S for the Product's single-user  name,  and 5)  the product quantity.

An Email  acknowledgement of the order will be forwarded to the person submitting the order, with a request to forward a check or money order to an enclosed address.  Upon receipt of payment, another Email will be forwarded, with information stating the order number, the product ship date, which is usually five days or less. and a copy of the completed Order , which will include the order number and the planned shipped date.  When the product is shipped, another email message will be forwarded to the person whose signature is on the order, and it will contain the Ship Order No. and the actual date shipped.  Ship method is by Federal Express, Shipping No Tracking, required Receipt Signature.
